Best pub going around for great, reliable and affordable food. Meals are amazing and affordable. Service is decent and the environment is great and welcoming! Can't go wrong with a friendly pub. Love it!

I lived in North Melbourne (well, West Melb. technically) for seven years and loved going to the Town Hall Hotel in Errol street at any opportunity. Even now that I have moved to the burbs (come on guys, it's bound to happen sooner or later). I still go back there for a quick drink or catch-up with peers. If you were lucky enough to be around during the days of Town Hall Sumo, you won't need to read this review, cos' you'll already know how great the Towny is.

But these days, if you love good food, and if you like a drink, and you don't care for pretentiousness, and you don't earn a Collins Street salary, then the Town Hall Hotel is for you!

Great place. Quite a good menu choice, can get pretty busy. Has a beer garden out the back for those balmy nights. The complimentary bread you get when you order a meal is amazing.

What a gem! Tucked away in Melbourne's west on Errol Street. I've heard decent reviews about this place from friends and online reviews but never quite made it there until this evening.

The ambience and decor is so unique yet homely, it feels like you've entered another world. The food was fabulous. We had the day's special, barramundi and it was absolutely gorgeous! So fresh, juicy, tender and full of flavour. The portion was just right. We had a wonderful dinner and will definitely be back for more.

Although it would be nice if the bartender/waiter could smile a little more. He looked rather stressed/annoyed/grouchy. Maybe he needs a glass of wine.

Awesome little pub with a large dining room at the back. Great value menu with plenty of variety from the steaks (which the boys just keep going back for) to excellent vegetarian choices like the shepard's pie or the lasagne. I had a bacon and mushroom pasta from the specials board which had an amazing garlic sauce.
The steak is always cooked the way you ask for it to be and we always walk out with a big smile.

Best to book cause it gets crazy.
