This place is fantastic, love the beer garden at the back. Food is typical pub grub but it is done well. There is always something different on the specials board if you want something beyond a parm or fish and chips. The interior has a cool feel and has limited lighting, music is always good. Gets crowded on weekends and is full of people drinking and having a good time. Great place to catch up with friends have a feed and a few drinks. I recommend if you like good music, decent food and enjoying a few drinks you check this place out.

If you were born before 1975 you'll recognise the interior of this pub as it featured in the long running soap The Sullivans set around WWII. The pub was selected because of its intact decor, and happily this remains, it's beyond charming. Better yet, the food is not from the war years, a good menu offers pub classics and more contemporary choices, and every meal we've had here has been well prepared, generous and hearty. Highly recommended.

Good quality pub food and usually good value $10 specials to be had (Burger & Chips or Fish & Chips often). Grungy interior and usually something decent on the stereo.
