Experience at restaurant was terrible. The cashier swiped my credit card twice. I told her that was a double entry but she remained silent. Spoke to the senior staff and he was not at all sorry. He arrogantly said to come back tomorrow and not to waste his time.

Called the bank and verified that they had swiped twice. When I wanted to pass to the telephone for the senior staff to speak with the bank, he pretended that nothing was wrong and did not corporate with the bank. This bickering was only for $33. If the senior staff was gentleman enough, he would have offered me the refund immediately. Nothing said and pushed me out of the restaurant. This is unbelievable.

The ambiance is pretty basic and functional. Nothing cozy nor fancy but the food was good and worth the money!

Our friends from Singapore find it good quality, but although good (I prefer more authentic asian food), Springvale is a place of interesting cafe's

Large busy restaurant with good service. Not a venue for a romantic evening but wonderful for a good value lunch or dinner. Generous servings, good quality fresh food and an extensive menu. For entrees, the prawn or pork spring rolls are nice, you get 8 in a serve with lettuce, vietnamese mint and dipping sauce. The rice paper rolls are also good, 4 in a serve with hoisin dipping sauce with chilli.

Not as good as it used to be, it seems to have changed in menu, and price. Our favourite waiter David is gone as well.

Been going here for few years now. Great value and portions. Yummy most of the time but sometimes disappoints. Not consistent. But i'll still go here for their fresh orange juice!
