Stopped in here to have their Weekday Lunch Special. Large menu with meal options priced at $9.95, $13.95 and $15.95 including a drink (but not for the $9.95 option). We had the Bacon Cheeseburger and Turkey Rueben Sandwich. Both were adequate and filling. Not gourmet but for the price we left satisfied. Service was a little slow but I think it was the kitchens fault rather than the Waitress who was lovely.

A good place to take the kids for a fun family meal either side of a movie at the Jam Factory. The menu's enormous, and only the fussiest of diners wouldn't find something to suit. The food's not 'gourmet' by any means, but they do decent salads, burgers and ribs and the loaded potato skins are a sin that must be committed. Give it a go!

Very disappointed. I went there in high expectation of the ribs. It turned out bad. But that's fine. The Service is Horrible. I want to be precise here. The waiters are so annoying. They saw us call them, but just walk away. And for the girl waiter, gosh, no smile at all! Annoying, really annoying. I agree with one person that gave comment who stated "orders Tuesday and the food comes Friday".

It takes so long for our food to come. And when we asked, the waiter seems unhappy. Oh! I am very disappointed. Unfortunately, you two are the ones who keep servicing us with your unpleasant service.

Whenever we go, the service is wonderful. Having eaten our way through most of the menu, we are yet to be disappointed. This is the place to go for yummy cocktails and yummy food that is bad for you. Another huge plus is that they are very child friendly! It is the only place we have been with our son that serves good food and is still ok with us bringing him.

Went to their store in Epping for a Sunday lunch. Interesting atmosphere, american trinkets from the 50s strewn on the walls. Generous serves, enormous cocktails. A little on the pricey side without the entertainment book voucher. Service generally prompt and attentive except we waited quite a while for dessert to be served, which was rather ordinary: a warm mud cake covered with loads of cheap chocolate and vanilla ice cream, a few token strawberries and mock cream.

Awesome place for a good time. Probably most enjoyable for the 18 to 25 age group. Not the best place for a quiet evening, but a good place for a laugh and fun date. I really enjoyed the food, I usually dine upon the 2 course package. Great value for around $25 for a lovely good sized bruschetta and a main of yummy chicken fingers or YUUUUUMMM cheeseburger.

There are more options but that is what I have had. My boyfriend loved the jack daniels sample platter! Amazing cocktails! Huge glasses and very very large selection. It is literally in a book (with pictures!) Strawberry daquri's where awesome! Also I have noticed other people mention poor service and long waiting times, however, I went on New years eve and Valentines day and had no issues with either. So I would totally recommend giving it a go!

Greeted with a friendly welcome as soon as we walked through the door. The place was clean and homely with so many interesting things on the walls. Our waitress was very friendly and funny she went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves even though she was obviously very busy and over worked. The food was very filling and good value. We even were offered a free Ultimate Long Island Tea for no reason. The Chocolate malted Turtle dessert was so yum. Best thing ever. 100% all round.

Went to the Chapel Street restaurant for what we thought would be a quick lunch as the place was almost empty. After an hour waiting for our food the waiter informed us that our order had not actually been placed... oops.. and said it would only be another five minutes. Twenty minutes later our burgers came out, about 3 parties of people have come and gone in this time. I think the name means order on Tuesday and the food comes out on Friday. So not worth the effort.

I have been to this venue 3 times and the food was all top quality and good value. I love the fact that the chips are sprinkled with herbs. Add a nice flavour and the Jack daniels burger was fantastic. The waiters can be a hassle and the spacing of the venue means that are packed in like sardines. The time you wait for a meal can be a letdown and by the time it arrives you are ready to eat a leg off a horse or not even want to eat at all.

Can be a little expensive depending on what you get, but I love TGI Fridays. Food is awesome. I agree with the other comment about the staff either being too friendly or not friendly enough. Had my plate almost thrown at me last time, then another waitress was hanging around asking if everything was ok every five minutes. Good selection. I am a big fan of the burgers. The one on Chapel Street is the best I have been to, and the Epping is the worst.
