Meats are consistently undercooked often served up raw, which then need to be taken back recooked and re-plated. Service was very amateurish and slow, there is one absolutely professional person who is always there and holds the whole thing together. Food is overpriced for quality, it very basic pub grub, despite the spin.

Two years ago I reviewed this pub like this: Half way between an old school pub and a gastropub, a bit confused maybe? A bit daggy but a pretty good local. Well it's not confused any more. They have a new chef whose food is amazing and the service has picked up to match. It's pub food and pub atmosphere but it's just done so well it's definitely my new favourite place to eat. I love it.
