By far the worst service I have ever had. I walked in to 3 waiters in front of me. None of them bothered to serve us. One of them just looked at us and walked off. I waited a few minutes and asked out loud can I get some service. A confused and dumbfounded employee just stood there, then walked off. I walked out in disgust. I could not believe it. I will never walk in there again, and by the look of the reviews below I didn't miss out! Do not go there. They need a kick up the? and the employess need to be tought customer service skills.

It was like take away food but presented on expensive-looking plates. We ordered black bean chicken, chicken was boiled for too long so it had lost its' texture and taste. Service was disappointing too, we had to wait for 15 minutes just to get a bowl of steamed rice. The cashier was very rude also. We asked couple of questions but she couldn't be bothered answering us in a friendly manner. For a premium price restaurant like that, you better put a friendly face at the cashier!

A new Yum Cha venuein Oakleigh. Looks very promising but of the baskets ordered nothing but disappointment. Har Gow, cheap imported flavourless freshwater frozen farmed prawns. Hiu Long Bao, presentation excellent but spoilt by pork that was tough and almost inedible. This set the scene with the baskets well presented but the contents a distant two out of ten. The only thing that measured up was prawn in crispy fried beancurd, not what we ordered but at least tasty.

The final dish, usually a delight, Prawn and pork with ginger and shallots, presentation excellent, taste foul with lumpy pork that lingered on the palate.
Premium price for rubbish, give it a miss there are plenty around that are better. Staff are very good, prompt and attentive but the food a real disappointment.
