We celebrated my 40th at Strangeloves. Great venue and friendly staff. We are lucky to have such a great wine bar close to home. The rooms upstairs would be perfect for a family get together.

Very funky low key wine bar in of all places. Moonee Ponds. The wines were really good for the prices and we particularly enjoyed the chardonnay from Margaret River. The music was also a standout, soul and funk mixed together. The service was also great. We chatted with the barman/owner for quite a while about wines and winemakers. We'd definitely be visiting again!

The decor in this new bar is incredible and what a breath of fresh air to this area! It's stylish, warm, funky and comfy - my friends and I love it. The wines are great and reasonably priced, great tapas available and they also let you order in from the local take away restaurants with no surcharge. Great guys! I had my birthday party there this year, and want to come back again next year, maybe in one of the sweet private rooms upstairs.
