    Without a doubt one of the best cafes in Melbourne. I regularly go to this nice cafe and enjoy from the really delicious meal and friendly staff. I recommend it to anyone that taste is of important to him. Very lovely atmosphere.

    Sparks is well above the average Bridge Road experience. The food is extremely good, the service excellent and friendly and the coffee is excellent.

    We have eaten at most of the Bridge Road establishments over the years, and as Sparks is the latest addition, we thought we would give it a try. We certainly were not disappionted and we will be back.

    We had the soup of the day and the Calamari to start, the fish of the day (snapper) and the 300g Black Angus Porterhouse, all served with veggies and sauce, and all the dishes were amazing.

    Well done Sparks and please keep up the good work. You have certainly lifted the standard on Bridge Road!
