The food was great and no complaints with this or the wine list. However, the service from all staff was appalling. Even after mentioning to the manager he couldn't understand why we didn't leave a tip "I've spoken to her, what more do you want?" With an attitude like that, we want nothing, won't eat here again even though the food was good.
Food was generally all right but not to the extent that it's anything to rave about. Service is a disaster, waiters could do with a few trips to a courteousy school.
Pretty consistent and reasonably priced. Yum cha always popular and you need to book. Dinners also ok. $10 parking opposite which is handy. You won't jump up and down over it but you probably won't be disappointed either.
I've been to your restaurant and I really like it. The food and the area looks pretty good and the price is one of the cheapest out of the ones I've seen but I think the service needs a little bit of improvement and your restaurant should be perfect! Keep on adding some more asian food so that the restaurant can have a feel of new things are coming. Keep trying until your restaurant becomes perfect for customers and other people. Good luck for the future.
Shark fin is a big restaurant chain. They are everywhere in Melbourne. Every dishes is well prepared I assume they have a few chefs in the kitchen to cover all the dishes to their best. Always busy so try a book before you go.
We eat here often. There is always a queue but worth the short wait. There is a huge variety of food circulating often. And if you want something that isn't around, just order it. Great Yum Cha taste, fast, or leisurely.
Booking a must and make sure you're there right at the start to get your full quota of choices. They are always very busy but what can you expect from a place that serves quality Yum Cha.
Although slightly more expensive than it's sister chain up the road, this yum cha place provides the widest range of dim sum dish in Melbourne (some of which you have to specially order through the waiters).
Although service can be horrible (where waiters literally drops your food at your table), the atmosphere and the tastiness of the food makes you forget about them.
