I have eaten at Servery & Spoon a handful of times and I have to say that the experience has been mediocre every single time. The environment is quite nice, very modern and plenty of seating available. However, the food is expensive for what's on offer and the menu is exceptionally limited. Aside from all day breakfast the only other offerings are the occasional toasted sandwich.

Whilst this is nice on occasion, I daresay it will not suit everyone. Having said that, their iced coffees have to be amongst the best I've ever tasted. Whilst they are expensive for the small glass that you get, it is enough to keep me coming back to Servery & Spoon time and time again. (Just not for food.)

Servery and Spoon promises so much but just does not deliver. The senior staffs and staff are not really interested in feedback so I guess that improving is not on their agenda. I want to love this place, it looks so great and fills a need in the area but after going three times it does not deliver.

The back area is cold. We told the staff and they turned on the heating but it really takes time to heat up so we moved. Waiters won't bring water to the table you have to get it yourself even when it is not busy. The coffee is ordinary, really a cardinal sin in this area! I ordered bakedbeans and they were so hard, inedible.
Next time I ordered smashed avocado on toast. It came out as pureed, baby style with no seasoning. I complained and that fell on deaf ears. "smashed" doesn't mean pureed.

A new place always has teething problems but I guess the unwillingness of staff and management to be friendly and open to suggestion is really disappointing
I can only vote one way, with my feet.

Interesting fit out, nice food, service is poor and arrogant. Many other options that are far superior and cheaper, don't blame the staff, owners of this place have visions of grandeur, asked for coffee in take away cup but they don't do that here.

Funny had breakfast in several high end Sydney and Melbourne restaurant/cafes the weeks before coming here who would do it, after that they couldn't get meals out together on our table and others around us, many tables were waiting on the second meal, asked for second plate, had to send it back as it was filthy, probably should worry about the basics rather than whether you can have your coffee in a takeaway cup or not, staff are really poor in the front of house, shame food was quite good.
