Sazio restaurant is under a new management!
We are now an Owner Chef / Family operated business with 25 years of experience in the industry. You'll surely appreciate our professional yet warm service. Our emphasis is on fresh healthy food with no compromise on quality. Our new comprehensive menu has been carefully shaped to reflect traditional Italian cooking with additional Australian and fusion dishes. We strive to incorporate many different flavors using only the best ingredients. In addition to our dine-in menu, there are fantastic daily specials, which give an ‘ever changing’ choice to our many loyal customers.
The restaurant has a warm and cozy ambience and is located at the beach end of Bluff Road. With fantastic service and a broad menu, including prime steaks, seafood dishes, pizzas and pastas, treat yourself and others to a Sazio experience. The restaurant is fully licensed and open Tuesday to Sunday for dinner, with takeaway also available. BYO Wine only.
We cater for Vegetarians and a part of our menu is Gluten free (gluten free dishes are highlighted on the menu)

After an average meal ordered from the gluten free menu, we asked for our bill in which every meal was increased than what was on the menu. When confronted staff, an extremely rude defensive staff member was unprofessional, aggressive and told us all dishes are charged per 'normal menu' which are subject to change!!!
So basically your meals could cost any amount depending on what day it is or how much the staff wish to rip you off on the night what a joke. We have never heard of anything so ridiculous and been treated so badly. Beware, not a place to dine even if it was the last place on earth!

Very nice atmosphere, wonderful food, been there many times as the service and food is fantastic!! Price is very affordable, 2 people can eat and be very full for around $50 - $60 incl. dessert!!
