I just wanted to express my disappointment at poor quality service I received at the San Churro, Highpoint on Monday 26 April at 4.50 pm approx.

Firstly, the female staff that took my order was discourteous and I had to repeat my order twice. She didn't even ask me if I wanted drinks. After she finished I was left waiting there for my table number, after I asked for it, she said that I didn’t need one because and they will bring the order over regardless.

Secondly the tables were absolutely disgusting, with dirty dishes all over them, even a couple of people walked away after finding all tables in such mess. The music was so loud that you could barely have a conversation. In the past there’s always been Latin or Hispanic music playing, this time it was pop-dance music, which is nice for a bar or night club but not for a café, no wonder the waitress couldn't hear what I order.

Thirdly they didn't brought us exactly what we order, to which we didn't say anything because we just wanted to finish and leave. However, our milkshakes never arrived, when I asked for a refund for the drinks because we couldn't wait any longer, they offer to make them for us quickly. In the end they gave us the milkshakes in take away cups and one of them was warm!

Lastly, I emailed to this store management exactly the same words that I'm writing here and never received a reply. Sadly I’ve noticed that the service quality has decreased noticeable lately in this particular location. I will probably never go back even though I love churros so much.
