Very friendly service and the staff are always happy to allow me to make changes to my order to suit my taste. The food is always fresh and the coffee hot. The staff know the menu and their wines. Love it!

L had 2 separate entrees which were both so tiny it was ridiculous, not that nice either. Left totally ravenous and out of pocket a fortune for next to no food. Dessert menu totally unappealing, not one item was tempting. Much the same for main meal menu, which is why l chose 2 entrees.

Good variety of food and a menu that changes regularly. Service can be up and down depending on which day you go as staff aren't too consistent. The dinner menu is Reel's best offering.

Very pricey, uncomfortable seating, horrible service, staff totally disinterested. A medium rare steak served grey, dry and stringy at best $30 for steak with 10 bits of wilted spinach and two onion rings, 3/5 meals meagre and mediocre, tiny flies accompanied meal but left once dishes were cleared. Left to go to local pizza restaurant for coffee and dessert, will never go there again. Staff totally disinterested in quality and service much less customer satisfaction, geared only to get you out of there quickly and take your money.

A friend & I went after seeing a movie, & had the dips platter, cake, soup & coffee -the cake was great! the rest was below average to say the least. The dips came in 3 flavours but you couldn't tell what was what unless you looked...they all tasted exactly the same, although they were supposed to be beetroot, French onion and something else - all should have had a distinct flavour.

The soup came with the dips but still had residue at the bottom, just like a cuppa-soup and was luke warm at best. There was also falafel balls which were oily throughout & burnt to boot. Next time we will just have the cake!

Steak was cooked very well, but they ignored my date's request to have no bacon on the chicken caesar salad. Quaint little place, food is worth a return trip.

A great little cafe with innovative and changing menu. I prefer it for lunchtime, food here always seems better. Friendly service and staff. Also pleasant place for a pre/post cinema coffee/wine.
