This is a great special occasion restaurant. All the food we had was beautiful, especially the duck main. The chocolate souffle tasted sublime, although the texture was quite different to a normal souffle. Service was perfect and I would highly recommend this place.

Nice atmosphere with tables well spaced, and the menu offered a good choice. Our group enjoyed a number of the dishes, all of which were nicely presented. We especially appreciated the seafood pie and duck. The lemon souffle was great! Service was good and timing was spot-on. The wine list offered a good range. Although the prices are not cheap, they're acceptable given the ambience, good service, location (in Toorak!) and standard of the food.

Went for dinner with work colleagues. The venue it's self was lovely but we were disappointed with the whole night. We were kept waiting at reception for1 5 minutes before we were seated. No explanation or apology. The restaurant was not even busy.
They were quick to get our drinks order but then they took ages to bring them. My glass even had a crack in it. Not good.

Starters came out reasonably quickly. My scallops however were over cooked and rubbery. My steak was overdone and the potatoes that came with the steak were slightly black in the centre. I decided against dessert as everyone seemed to want to leave. For a place in the middle of Toorak and charging what they do I was very disappointed.

The first time I ate here I was so impressed with the ambience and service that I booked my birthday for 40 people shortly after. The only hitch was the meal I had on my first visit was nothing special. But I figured it was a nice enough restaurant with a lovely vibe. The staff are really nice and make you feel at home.

Went to a dinner party held in Quaff's White Room - absolutely beautiful settings.
The selections I had from the set menu were mixed (rabbit terrine entree: very good, roast chicken: okay, lemon tart: perfect, very highly recommended). Not sure about value as it was a party generously hosted by a friend.

Service was speedy, though disappointing for such a great place - drinks were mixed up, the wait staff were abrupt (plonking plates onto the table without warning).

I highly recommend this place. The food was beautiful! The only problem I had was I asked for a Greek Salad and was served a Garden Salad. I also asked for a cappucino and got a latte. I'd still definitely go back.
