We were recommended the place and it looked inviting, waitress was polite offering us drinks on arrival and ambience was good. Didn't wait long for food, however, the quantity and quality of food was lacking. It was presented poorly and small in size for the amount we were paying. Would not recommend to a friend.

We were a big group of about 25. Drink orders were taken twice, we ordered food between these. It took a total of 2 hours to get our food from the time we arrived! Then some of our orders were stuffed up, so people were left still eating whilst others had been done for a very long time!
The meals were nice, but nothing special. The prices are quite expensive too!

I dined here for the fourth time on Wednesday night and was a part of a party of 16. Given that the reservation had been mixed up (our fault) I was pleased that they were able to accommodate us.

We were seated upstairs and there were clearly other bookings that surprised management as there was a constant shifting of table arrangements. No real problem here except they arranged the tables in a configuration that blocked access to the kitchen. We moved our large table to allow the wait staff to get through.

The orders for drinks were taken, twice, because glasses and drinks for one end of the table were forgotten. And so the evening went. As a group we were happy enough to gloss over the rough edges and the food is quite good, although variable. I have had better there than I experienced that night. All up I would give them another chance to impress as they have done before.

This is a reliable option for a quick bite of Italian. It's not really the place to linger for a long dinner but if you want some pasta before or after a show or movie then I would recommend this place.

Skip the pizzas. They are ok but nothing out of the ordinary. They go to this place is to order off the daily specials board and you will get some really well cooked italian food if you adopt this approach. I had a beautiful Oxtail Ragu the other day, very well executed version.

The wine list is reasonable and so are the food prices. Service can be a little haphazard but generally you are never left to wait too long.

Place doesn't look that inviting and that should have said something. Service was lazy and non-attentive, which was surprising as there is only about 8 to 10 tables and wait staff about 5. Food was bit of a disappointment, big flavours with all spices trying to come on top but ending just tasting like too much spices added and the umph missing. Walk a bit and you'll find better places.

While the food was pretty wonderful, the service was rather lacking. It seemed hopeful at first, but after finishing our main we were left waiting for at least 1/2 an hour before having our plates cleared etc. Disappointing. Would have been nice to have some music playing too.

This place was recommended but very disappointing. I am very hard to please when it comes to pizza though. The focaccia entree was fantastic though and this place is really value for money.

As a long time patron of Napoli's (first visit was in 1987), I am clearly biased towards the superb pizza's on offer of this very fine establishment. You will not be disappointed.
