This is our go to place at Knox for family get togethers, something for everyone and good value, BYO (wine) also which completes its all round benefits.

Great place with a huge range to choose from and it all tasted fantastic. I had chilli prawn risotto which I would highly recommend. The service was great very friendly and extremely quick.

First visit there will not be my last. The steak on the rock tile was second to none. I will go back again and again just for this dish. What a delight to eat there. Thanks Paesanos. I really enjoyed it. The waiters explained the dish and how it worked, and then when it came out, the steak was a beautiful piece and tasted even better. I can't sing this dishes praise enough. Go there and try it for yourself.

Like another reviewer I also had the spaghetti with pumpkin and sundried tomatoes. It was nice for a while until I got to the pool of oil on the bottom. Service was shocking and they had no excuse for it as the restaurant was half full. One of our diners had to wait about 1/2 hour for a glass of wine. The chef thumped the bell nonstop which indicates to me he has a problem with the wait staff. I won't go back with the 2 social groups that I run. Elsewhere up the road was far, far better.

Stone grill steaks the perfect meal, though you could say not a great reference as you cook them yourself! Very noisy and busy, great place for a quick meal before a movie.

Terrible restaurant. Waiters don't have an area so 3 of them will come up to your table trying to take your drink order when someone already has. I went there with my friend and we ordered bruschetta to start which was quite nice. As soon as we took a bite our mains arrived! So there wasn't much point in ordering an entree it was more of a side dish. I was lucky I had the bruschetta because my pasta was horrible.

I ordered the spaghetti with roast pumpkin and sun dried tomatoes. The sauce was basically that plus a heap of oil. I couldn't eat the pasta I just picked the pumpkin and tomatoes out and after that saw the 2 inches of oil at the bottom of the bowl. yuk. My friend said her chicken caeser salad was very average and her egg was fully boiled, no yolk at all. Would not go back, bad service, bad food.

This restaurant seems to be very hit and miss, sometimes the food is particularly good and other meals there seem to find themselves lacking. Last occasion there was for lunch and the calzone was excellent and very good value, the previous time there the pasta was plain and average while the time before the gourmet pizza was reasonably good. Like the food the service can be hit or miss too, if the place is very busy then expect to be left waiting for a short time and the inside to be extremely loud. IF the place is quiet then the service is generally excellent and inside is fine. Outside during the warmer months is an excellent setting choice where it doesn’t get as loud but later in the evening you have the problems of noise and disturbances from the nearby drinking spots.

When full, it's quite noisy inside, I recommend on a nice day, the outside dining area. Food was ok. Service wasn't the best, I asked 3 different waiters for a glass of water before it was brought to the table some time later. Food was served quickly but I would say order it all at once otherwise it's unlikely you will get another chance!

Our booking was not registered. We were seated for 10 minutes without being acknowledged, so we approched the 3 staff members standing around talking and asked for a drink while we look at the menu. The food was awful !!!

The veal fettucine was tasteless, oily and I could only find 3 pieces of veal in the entire dish !!!! The pork steak was undercooked. The side salad had no dressing on it so when I asked for extra dressing, it was brought to the table 10 minutes later and it consisted of plain wine vinegar ! Altogether terrible food and service, will never visit there again. I would rather starve.
