Highly recommended. Gorgeous venue and setting especially outside on a sunny day. Food was faultless and very impressive all round. Starting with the entree mixed platter, one of the best I've ever had. Duck for main, flawlessly cooked, and wife had saffron gnocchi that shes still dreaming about.

Great wine all round and just fantastic. Must have been understaffed the day we went as we did wait an hour and half till we had bread! Not acceptable no matter how understaffed you are so thats the only black mark but loved it otherwise and can't wait to go again.

We had lunch at a weekend and were impressed with the fig and almond gnocchi and the twice cooked duck leg. Both dishes were elegantly presented and full of flavour. The chocolate tasting plate that we shared for dessert was memorable. The room is light-filled and has a nice outlook, and the service was fine. The "express lunch" option isn't available at weekends, but the prices are justified by the quality.

We've been twice now for lunch and could not fault either meals. The bright dining rooms are fabulous with magnificent views and the service is unpretentious, welcoming and friendly. The 'express lunch' special of 2 courses, glass of wine and coffee for $35 was extremely good value, especially when you add free wine tastings to that. Love it and will return again and again.

Amazing location and views made my friend's birthday lunch so special. Superb range of estate made wines. Tasting was free and the glass walled dining room was classier than I expected. Our table was in the centre of the dining room yet our view was still unbelievable!

Menu was fresh and seasonal, and meals were reasonably priced, a big bonus.
Staff were very friendly, had great local knowledge and were extremely helpful. Definitely highly recommend to anyone visiting the Yarra Valley for either tasting, coffee and cake, or lunch.

We had a lovely long lunch here last weekend. We spoilt ourselves over 3 delicious courses, each of which was beautifully presented. I had salt cod croquettes to start, home-made gnocchi with gorgonzola, broccolini and toasted almonds for mains, and my husband and I shared a chocolate fondant with wattleseed icecream. Service was friendly and it was nice not to be rushed. We'll definitely be back, hopefully sooner rather than later. Nearly forgot to mention that the wine and the view is fabulous!

Great setting overlooking the yarra valley. Entree - delicious squid linguini with bugs & yarra valley samon roe beautifully presented. Main-homemade gnocchi with caramelized onion, pumpkin & sage, very simiple, very good. Dessert - blood orange creme brulee with chilli sugar. I loved it!!!!
