One of the worst meals we have had. Slow service and banquet was cold and overcooked. Never again.

Ate lunch here today. The Tue-Thu lunchtime specials are brilliant - a generous plate of spit chicken, lamb, grilled fish or calamari with salad, grilled veg or chips (recommend the salad - diverse & fresh).

The service is like the food - effective, cheerful and non-pretentious. Everyone is friendly and efficient. The chef even came out to make sure we were happy with everything.

Maybe it gets busier at dinner, and Tuesday to Thursday seem to be the quieter nights. We'll be trying out one of the banquets or the seafood mixed grill next. The full menu is on their website.

Our worst Dining out experience ever was in June when we went to Nikos Greek Tavern. We were so embarrassed taking a family member from overseas there. We had previously good experiences there but this time it was horrible. We were seated and waited over 30 minutes for a drink only because we asked for one we got one.

The food was way over an hour just for our first course. Alot of people were walking out and after 2 courses of the banquet menu we walked out in disgust and the worst part was when we complained, the waitress cried and told us they were busy and no apologies. Um hellooooooooo weekends were always busy and no excuse for totally ignoring us. But I am sure with all the bad reviews it is no longer busy on Saturday nights so they should no longer have issues with service!

I do not recommend this place to anyone who is hungry.

Very below average. Went on a Sunday night. Four adults placed at a small square table only just big enough for two. Bread on table dry, chewy and no butter supplied. We had to juggle empty glasses around on the table just to fit drinks we bought on the table. My wife liked her entre but my mussels were pathetic. The olives were bigger. Fillet Steak stringy and the vegs were over cooked and just dumped on the plate. No one asked if I wanted another drink so they missed out on at least another round or two of drinks. Dumb. Atmosphere noisy and cold. Went to McDonalds for ice cream rather than spend any more money here.

Food ok, the dips and bread were already on the table when we arrived. Not sure how long they had been sitting there for. Restaurant was very loud and seating was cramped. The manager was extremely rude to us as we were leaving - he wanted us to pay $5 for each of our friends who didn't turn up. We said this was the first time we had been told of this charge. He got very aggressive. We will not be back!

The worst service I've ever received and we eat out regularly. My partner and I thought we would treat my mum for an early mothers day because she was down form NSW. It was 2 hrs sitting at the restaurant and we hadn't even received our main meal, who wants to be eating at 9 pm. We left our main when it finally came because we were full up on bread because we were starved from the 1.5 hr wait in between.

I don't know how such simple food can take so long to be put on the table. The spits are already cooked, how hard is it to cut off meat and serve it with greek salad and chips?. The waitress kept apologising, so there was something seriously wrong with that place. We called over to what seemed to be a very unprofessional senior staff who was high on something and he kept making up excuses why its taken so long and his sarcasm went too far.

They didn't deserve a cent and all they took off the bill was a cheap bottle of wine when all we ate was dip and bread. I felt so sad for my mum because I think she was expecting a nice night out and she felt bad that we nearly spent $100 for absolute nonsense.

Had read other reviews and was a bit concerned as they were a bit mixed but thought we would try anyway. Dinner for 4 on a Tuesday night was fantastic. Total of 24 in restaurant while we were there and the service was great, the food magnificent and we had the most beautiful view from the front window. You can't complain when 4 people ate (more than we should have) and it was $22 per head.

There are not many places you can eat a great meal for that kind of money! My only concern would be on a busy night if the restaurant was anywhere near full then forget the intimate dinner or the catch up chats. We would certainly go back again, particularly on a quiet night. Well done!

Love my Greek food and the food here was very good, agreed with others that it was too loud but I thought their service was very acceptable given the amount of people on the night I attended, not a great place for children though.

Greek music was nice but way too loud. Could not have a conversation because you can't hear a thing anybody says. Service was lousy. After 2 hours and with young children we left having only got through 2 of 5 courses. Had to pay for the 5. We left hungry and with a headache. I would definitely not go back there.
