I purchased a voucher on the 26th Feb from Our Deal for NHB Hair and Beauty. I made the appointment for 26th April has I had a big event to go to on the 27th April. I walked out crying from the Salon. The staff dyed my hair orange, everyone in the Salon was shocked including clients. The staff was rude. The senior staff agreed, it did not look good. I returned the next day for a different hairdresser to fix it and dyed my blonde highlighted hair all dark brown/red.

They then had their trainee blowdry my hair and put makeup on as part of the voucher. My niece could have done a better job. I looked disgusting. They told me their contract has finished with Napoleon and was using what ever they had left and other products. She did not follow any hygiene procedures. No disposable tools. I told her to stop as it looked like I had 2 black eyes. The senior staff then asked me to pay an extra $30 for the colour they applied again even though it was their mistake.

I am very upset they treated me in this manner. They are very unprofessional. I don't believe I should have paid extra for their mistake. I was very polite and just wanted to leave the salon. So I paid and left. Since I have been to another hairdresser to get my hair back to it's original state and lots of treatments as they damaged my virgin hair underneath.

I purchased a Scoopon for this hair dresser and was thoroughly disgusted with my experience there. When the hairdresser was applying the dye to my hair she not only got it all over my forehead, but also on my nose. Then, when she went to wash the dye out of my hair she used 2 kettles of boiling water (from the kettle) on my head and face. I told her that she had left the dye on my head and she replied "Oh well, there is a first time for everything".

As for the hair cut itself, it was cut unevenly. The Scoopon also advertised a makeover as part of the deal, and at no time was this offered to me. I left disgusted and disenchanted with both this hairdresser and Scoopon itself. I would definitely not recommend this hairdresser to anybody. I would not ever return here - I had to go to another hairdresser for my hair to be fixed up, which they did for free.

Went there to find a Napoleon Perdis lipstick for my wedding and was told NP have never had any browns. Was told by the staff to go buy Rimmel as it's half the price. I took quite offence to her tone and suggestion that I couldn't afford an NP lipstick! I Love NP makeup but I now know better than to step foot in this place again!

Bought a Scoopon for the hair makeover. What a joke. Wanted extra $40 to dry hair properly! Misleading advertising! Will never return and you should not waste your money. "Stylist" looked like she just got out of bed!

I recently had a cut, style and foils with Anika in Mill Park. She is fantastic! She really knows her stuff. I left it to her as I wasn't sure what I wanted and I walked out feeling happy and pleased. She is confident, listens and also suggests without being too pushy. I love my colour and the style which is easy to look after and a breeze to do.

Thank you Anika, I live over an hour away and picked one of the Scoopon vouchers but I would travel the distance again now knowing that I will walk out loving the results. Kind regards Debra - Kilsyth
