From the time we walked into this pizza shop, that is all it is, not a restaurant we were disappointed. The food was terrible, service was lacking and all food and drink was overpriced. My advice is done go there.

Terrible, 50 minute wait for 3 drinks (twice) we had to ask for every single thing we wanted other than water. It was a Sat night and you really expect better!

Great Pizza, the mushroom pizza with a dash of truffle oil was superb and the side tuna nicoise salad very good almost a meal in itself. Child friendly and attentive staff make you feel welcome, lots of families and kids on a week nite. We will be back.

Awful service. I couldn't believe it. Ignored by the waiter despite waving at him repeatedly. Food was good. I won't go back or recommend it to anyone.

Loved it! Sat in the bar because the restaurant was packed, and was extremely impressed! Our waiter was great: bubbly, and knew the answer to all questions thrown at him. Had the prosciutto pizza from the specials which was amazing, and the cabbage salad, the perfect side. We were served promptly, the food was delivered quickly, and all was extremely well presented. Looking forward to another evening at the Wolf, bring on the espresso martinis!

Me and my family were out and about in St Kilda one evening and decided to try Mr Wolf as a few friends had suggested it to us. Though it was a Thursday night just before Christmas and they were very busy the staff there were extremely accommodating. We had to wait a few minutes for a table which we were more then happy to do.

The service was perfect, we couldn't have asked for any more with the waitress even recommending dishes and wines to match at our request which was a stand out. The staff were all very attentive, helping us with anything we needed throughout the night.

The kids were well catered for with colour-in menus and crayons to keep them occupied. The meals came out quickly and they were amazing, really fresh and tasty. Though we didn't get a chance to make it into the bar it looked really cosy and seemed an ideal place for pre/post drinks.

I would honestly recommend Mr Wolf to anyone looking for a great restaurant experience and we will definitely be back very soon.

We went to this restaurant for a nice girls Sunday catch up lunch, and celebrating some birthdays. When we arrived and told them our booking name, they acted like we had made it very difficult to pick a table for us from the 20 or so they had empty. I think there were only 3 other tables being used in the entire restaurant, and they tried to squash us in the corner next to a family table.

Given there were so many vacancies, we asked for another. Staff were ok at the start, but we were disappointed that their restaurant was only BYO on Tuesdays. Anyway, the food was good, a bit pricey for a glorified pizza place. Initially, we were told by our first waiter that the place closed at 4 pm and would reopen at 5 pm, as they had to "reset", given there were only about 5 tables used the whole time we were there.

Close to 4 pm the new waiter said that they did not close, and we could stay. Around 5.15 pm a female staff member asked us to move next door, to their bar, as we were apparently sitting at the only group of tables in the entire restaurant that could be formed for a group of 9. Again, there were possible only 2 other tables being used in the restaurant at this time.

We did not want to go to the bar, so she moved us to a table in the back corner, still not many customers. (Most of the time the kitchen staff and waiters just stood around). Given we spent over $100 each for pizza, dessert and expensive wine, we were not impressed with the service or value.

The service at Mr Wolf is incredibly disappointing considering that the food is really great! The service team have ATTITUDE and are blatantly rude which is, quite frankly, just pathetic when you consider that in today's economic climate it's great way to get rid of potential lifetime customers!

Sorry but felt like I was there to stroke to chefs ego more than what I actually wanted as a customer. Chef was not happy I wanted to make a change to a calzone pizza. Ironically, it was nothing like a pizza in the true sense anyway and the kitchen staff really wasn't as good as they thought. Being a Sydney person usually always enjoy the Melbourne difference. But it was not there at Mr Wolf.

Delicious meal in clean décor. Good choice and great specials. Nice wine list. Very child-friendly. Surprisingly expensive.
