Overview of Mr Mason

Mr Mason is a French inspired restaurant & bar features a lounge & dining area, as well as an outdoor terrace. Located in the heart of the CBD within 530 Collins building.

Mr Mason’s menu is produce driven cuisine at its best, changing weekly (with a few French classics that always remain) our menu reflects a casual, rustic sensibility. Mr Mason boasts a boutique one page wine list; everything is by the glass, because we want you to try them all.

Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner Monday – Friday and from 5pm Saturdays. Available for hire for private events on Sundays.

    Stay cosy this winter with a delicious roast at Mr Mason.

    Showcasing the very best of Mr Mason’s French inspired cuisine, each roast menu will incorporate fresh Victorian produce sourced from local suppliers and will be perfectly matched with regional wines for entree and main.

    Available on the following Saturday evenings throughout June:

    Saturday 9th June will feature a chateaubriand roasted in a salt crust.

    Saturday 16th June enjoy a delicious slow roasted veal shoulder.

    Saturday 23rd June we will finish up the roast series with Hazledene organic chicken roasted in hay.

    $70 per person.
