We called into the cafe for lunch and the service was brilliant and the food was excellent. Would definitely go back I went with my nineteen yr old daughter and 75 yr old mother and we all enjoyed our lunch.

I really didn't want to go here for lunch but every other cafe in Healesville was full. Although it has very simple decor and a simple menu (burgers, steak, salmon cakes all with chips and salad) the food was done very well. We had a lovely waitress who was very friendly. The only bad point was 2 of our meals arrived about 15 minutes after everyone elses but given the relaxed nature of the cafe it didn't worry us too much. Lesson learned, don't judge a book by it's cover!
