Simply the best Lebanese food my wife and I had since we came to melbourne 4 years ago. Great food, friendly staff, nice ambience and if you get a cedar banquet you will not be disappointed. We will come back for sure.

I am a Brighton native who frequents the city and surrounding areas and this place came highly recommended from colleagues. The food was delicious! How do they get the falafel so soft and tasty? The dips tasted so fresh. My friend who dined with me is gluten free and they had a great selection for him as well. Highly recommended.

I agree, don't go there. We have wanted to try this place for ages and went last night. The food was awful and cost a fortune ($130+ for 2). The salads were old and tired (brown lettuce) the pickled vegies dry and bland and the fish was disgusting. The prawns (we got 2) were delicious as was the calamari(3 pieces) but everything else including the meats pastries and sweets bread and dips were bland and dry and tasted stale. I have lived in the northern suburbs for 30 years and could name 10 places of the top of my head that would be a better option. Give it a miss.

I have been to Mezza three times now and haven't been disappointed. The food is delicious and wholesome. We always order the banquet, which has a lot of different meats, salads and cheeses to taste. my favourites are the garlic chicken wings and the potato salad. It is then followed by pastry sweets and Lebanese coffee. The servings are large, you certainly won't leave here hungry!

If you just want to order a meal, the menu has a lot of different choices. Be wary of going here on a Saturday or Sunday for lunch, because you may be overwhelmed by the large christening/birthday/communion crowds. The waiters are friendly and informative. Also, the belly dancers are very talented and entertaining, but a bit tacky.

The service was brilliant, bringing out the food fast when we expressed our hunger, then asking us when we wanted the remainder of our meal. Clean toilets which are a huge plus for us, fun entertainment with two short belly dancing displays with some audience participation, and the food was simply delicious and lots of it. We ate the "Cedar Banquet' for each adult and one for two kids to share. Ended up sending some back to the kitchen as we were so full. Will certainly go back and will tell our friends. Great night out, well done, and our fussy companion commented on the food being "Like Mum's" on more than one occasion.

The restaurant was cold as they sat us at the front of the restaurant even tho there was clearly room at the back. We waited 40 minutes for the main course of 6 shish sticks (That cost 40 dollars). The cutlery was not washed properly and when I complained I got bad service. It is hard to believe that Lebanese food in Melbourne is only this good.

My girlfriend and I lived in the middle east and I have to say the flavour was very bland. They are lucky to get a 3 out of 10 and I joined eatability only to give my opinion on this place.

Celebrated Mum’s 70th birthday at Mezza a few weeks ago and we had a fantastic night! The atmosphere was great for young and old! The staff are all friendly and helpful and the belly dancer was a lot of fun. To our surprise she got Mum up to dance with her, that was one of the highlights of our night!

A huge variety of authentic food (including vegetarian), cooked fresh and all delicious! Will definitely be recommending Mezza to my friends! Thank you Jeff and the Team!

I'm a regular here and have never been disappointed with the food. The staff are polite but can sometimes be distracted when the place gets a little busy. Overall, I always leave the place being very satisfied with the food and service.

My partner and I really enjoyed the whole dining experience at this restaurant. The food was really fresh and full of flavours. The banquets were really enjoyable and very filling. The service was fast and friendly. We felt very comfortable throughout the whole evening. It was so nice to experience Lebanese Food for the first time at a Lebanese Restaurant this good. Look forward to going back soon.
