This restaurant is the best thai restaurant in Melbourne! The chef himself and his wife are amazing cooks who have created their own dishes based on where they have come from in Thailand. Its very clean, friendly and authentic. My favourite dishes are the fried prawns - where the batter is perfectly cooked, the thai salad and the seafood coconut stir fry with rice. Everything is well presented and tastes great. The only downfall is that its in Mt Evelyn - if it were in the city - it would be over flowing.

Mani Thai is a fantastic place to eat. The food is always delicious and generously portioned. Invariably you find yourself at the end of the meal, double checking the bill to make sure they have not under charged you. Recommendations : Pad Thai Puk, Green and Red Curry. Criticisms: Could add Roti to their menu.
