Unfortunately, quality has been slipping over past 12 months. Last 2 times I have ordered Nasi Lemak they have not served it with cocount rice, and nor did they mention to me that they had run out. I Laksa King these days over Malaymas.

This a casual, relaxed cafe with good quality food, good serving sizes, at fairly cheap prices. It is generally busy at dinner times on weekends.

The Beef Rendang is good, and our favourite dish is Mee Goreng ($9.90). The Mee Goreng is made from good quality ingredients, isn't dry like many other places, and has a good amount of spice (ask for the cut green chillies if you want an extra kick). Our only criticism is that sometimes the sauce gets a bit too rich by the end of a large serve.

Note that the name is "Malaymas", not "Malay Mas" as shown.
