Waited over an hour for the food to arrive after being told it would take 30 minutes (wednesday night), when I called to find out where our food was, was told that they were very busy and only had 1 driver for the night (this information may have been useful when I first ordered) terrible customer service over the phone and limited english skills, food arrived pretty much cold and cost a fortune! Never going back.

Me and my husband eat here often. The food is always very tasty and fresh. We also find that it is very good value - the banquets let you have a taster of several courses and dishes.

Ordered delivery at 5.15 on Saturday. Was told delivery would arrive at 6.15. Did not. Called at 6.30 was told too busy to talk and hung up on. Tried to call back 27 times, deliver arrives two hours later at 7.17 pm. Told deliver man to take the cold food back and that I wanted a refund.

Finally got through to restaurant at 7.30. Asked for money back. Was told that I have to come and get it. Asked why no-one called me to apologies about the two hour wait. Was told "Do you think I have the time to call you". This is the worst service I have ever received in my life. I still have not received my refund and as far as I'm concerned this is theft.

We used to go to Lilydale Palace on a Fortnightly Basis in from 2005 to 2008. On first name basis with the owner Anna and her hubby cooking the food since his Restaurant burnt down in Box Hill. There is no doubt that the food is tasty and the service is friendly. Unfortunately, we fell ill in 2008 after the meal on 3 separate occasions and subsequently refuse to go back.
