    We used the online booking form on their website to make an advance booking for Saturday, which has worked fine in the past, but when we arrived they had no record of the booking and told us they were full at the times we specified, they were unwilling to be accommodating, and they also didn't answer a previous email asking for clarification of their song list. Terrible service! Probably would not come back.

    Went to KBox Karaoke last friday and had a fantastic night. I was a little cautious as it was my first karaoke experience but I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Great service and beautiful decor, it didn't take us long to ask for another hour! Will definitely be going again."
