After being spoiled by my local Lebanese in Sydney, I was hoping to find an equivalent in Melbourne. Perhaps, I've been spoiled, but I found the food here really bland. The shish tawook was almost tasteless and the entree tasting plate was very average and a little on the greasy side.

I feel awful saying this, as she did try very hard, but the waitress we had didn't speak English so ordering stressed us out a bit. For the price, I'd probably go elsewhere for a more memorable meal.

This restaurant is fantastic. I couldn't believe there weren't more people there on a Saturday night! The banquet meal was great value, we were very full and they really looked after the people with allergies. Also, you get a belly dancer come out for some entertainment. Wonderful night out!

We've been to Kanzaman several times and we love it because the food is honest and tasty. The dips are the real deal (not huge quantities) but enough and the main dishes are all very delicious. The service is brilliant and it's good value for money.

After reading the good reviews this place has received I was looking forward to the same level of satisfaction, sadly this was not the case. Admittedly we had a large group but the service was terrible and the food not much better. The waiters were rude, slow, forgetful and arrogant.

A few of the dishes were nice but others were bland and not worthy of the price paid. We were even forced to pay for an extra person for the banquet because they wouldn't believe that one guest (who turned up well after the mains had been served and had no plate or cutlery) had not eaten. Will definitely not be going back and will be telling others not to bother.

I dined at the restaurant last week with my girlfriend and a friend. We all ordered an entree and main meal and we were all pleased with the meals we ordered. The service is excellent and we did not have to wait long for our meals. A great range of typical Lebanese meals on the menu with a belly dancer on the night we were there. Would recommend the restaurant to everyone.

We've been going to Kanzaman for a number of years. It has never disappointed me. The menu hasn't changed much, but that's not a bad thing when all the dishes are so good. Shish Tawook is my personal favourite.

Service is quite good. Considering how packed the place gets they do very well and our meals have always been delivered on time with no fuss. Atmosphere is great. On Friday/Saturday nights they have a belly dancer and the place just goes off. Very noisy, but happy environment.

Definitely highly recommended for Lebanese food. One of our favourite restaurants in Melbourne.

We have now been to Kanzaman twice, and both times left feeling like the proverbial stuffed doll from an amazing gem of a restaurant in Richmond. Every single item on the menu is fresh, cooked perfectly, and no one has been disappointed. On the first time there we had a group of 10 and shared everything as we told the waiter "have the chef cook for us what he would for his family" and quite frankly had our socks knocked off!

The second visit was a bit smaller work dinner affair, and this time we picked, but couldn't fault a single thing with the food. Their service can be slightly hit-n-miss, but overall a stunningly good value with tremendously tasty food!

Group of four went there and all ordered an array of dishes. Not one was disappointing. Genuine service and was a little busy but never waited long for meals to arrive.

This restaurant has a really great atmosphere. They have really put in the effort into the ambience of this restaurant to their credit, as it really works. We were served quickly although on a busy night and the food was great as well. We tried the mixed platter (I forget what it was called). But I recommend it! Although a but pricey, this will allow you to taste a bit of everything. The other meals we tried was the chilli chicken and the lamb mince balls and they were great. This restaurant was well worth it. Overall I would highly recommend this restaurant.
