    I was a repeat customer who enjoyed the last journey with JC, lost 8 kilos after 4 weeks in 2009. Recently I joined JC again but was disillusioned as the consultant I had did not Listen to my request: vegetarian (ok), less cheese meals.

    I was not given a personalised menu and when I receive my food, I find missing items when I match with the menu sent to me, no cancellations, I have to figure out which is for what, frustrating and I lost the excitement of the meals, adding insult to injury, my meals All had so much cheese and I said no macaroni cheese but I got two.

    I find that meal to be the worst of the meals as otherwise I was rather pleased with your menu esp Dahl with rice, and your breakfast menu. Your people, did call me to address my concerns but did not remedy the 'regret'. Please ensure your consultants listen and follow thru' and the comment "no problem at all" should sTop as I did have a problem.
