My partner and I spent a night at Immerse about four or five months ago. We stayed on a package available thru their website offering a nights accommodation in a well appointed queen spa room with meals included, ($120 credit towards your dinner for two and your choice of the menu for breakfast.) all for roughly $320.
We were seated close to the fire on a cold night and were promptly serviced at all times. The restaurant itself is well presented, with a cosy, classy yarra valley winery feel.
For entree we shared a salt and pepper squid, which was beyond reproach, and as good as I have ever had. For mains I had the Angus rib eye with greens, mash and a crispy fried Mac n cheese croquette, which were matched with the recommended wine, paired perfectly. My partner has a pumpkin tortellini with soft shell crab meat and a creamy marinara sauce.
The mains made a massive statement, with everything going well, we called our friendly wait staff back into the fray and selected the dearest sampler, hoping for even more delights to be found at already our new favorite restaurant.
To our surprise they lifted the bar, in a big way! Eight small portions, just enough for us fall in love with all 8 desserts. From a D.I.Y. Rocky Road to a Rolled Macaroon, to the watermelon sorbet atop a homemade doughnut. 8 desserts. Every one of them my favorite.
Breakfast the next morning was yet another triumph, even though we were still full from last night's feast! I had the big brekky and she had the pumpkin fritter and eggplant stack. The presentation was something to behold on hers! Mine was a big hearty meal that sent me on my way with a full stomach and a smile on my face.
As a dining experience on the whole, the best I've ever had. An amazing night in all ways and don't forget the cellar door before you go. We ended up picking up a few bottles on our way out for friends and they all raved about them. Not the cheapest place I've ever been, but if I've gotta save up to go back then that's what I'll do! Crazy good!

I hope this is the corect one, its part of a winery and has cellar door sales. I would call it a restaurant more than a cafe. It had the best food I have had out in a long time. It was a group booking of over 100 people and the food standard was exceptional! Every single person at our table looked like they had nearly licked their plates clean! Great lunchtime atmosphere, great food, great wine. I am looking forward to returning.
