Normally the food is Fantastic, and I had recommended it to a few mates that had the same feelings, last night I didn't have the same experience and called the place just to register my concern and to ensure no one else had to have a sleepless night. The man that answer the phone (a mature fellow) needs a few lessons in customer service and learn to listen! I was the one that hadn't had much sleep, due to lack of sleep because I was ill.

Il Paesano, is an absolute must for the value conscious, House wine is $4.50 and very drinkable, the food is always fresh bountiful and delicious, pasta, pizza, steaks and fish are all good. The service is excellent.We always leave full and happy. Ask about loyalty card 20% discount on already value for money prices.

An unpolished gem! Nice people, great pizzas and pasta. (Shocking wine by the glass though, can anything be done?!). Just could there be a bit of Italian music, ditch the TV and add some family-style warmth to the decor?
