I Love this place, live nearby and eat at Harro's about once a week. Friendly staff, fantastic steaks (reasonably priced) and the pizzas are special (won't eat pizza anywhere else!).

I live just around the corner from this place, but due to being laid up with a broken foot, I ordered pizza for delivery. After being told it would take 35 minutes, it was an hour before the pizzas showed up. After paying nearly $20 for each pizza, I opened it up to discover that they had gotten the order completely wrong, both pizzas being incorrect.

I called back to report the mistake, and was put on hold for about 5 minutes. The senior staff acknowledged the stuff it, and said he would get 2 fresh, correct, ones over to us straight away. 40 minutes later the pizzas still hadn't shown up. I called back to enquire what was going on, and was put on hold for 10 minutes. When the senior staff got on the phone, he was rude and unapologetic. His only excuse was that they are busy.

I think if you run a pizza place, being busy on a friday night should be a way of life. Not an excuse. After asking for my money back he belittled me and called me "darling" before hanging up on me. I will never ever get pizza from this place again. To have placed an order at 6:20, and to then only get the correct pizzas at 8:10 pm is unacceptable. With no apologies or offer for compensation, I will be sure to tell everyone I know never go to Harros.

I've only had the pizza here, I think I have tried almost every pizza on the menu. There is a great selection and they all are delicious. My favourites are Harro's Special and Arrabiata.

Simply the best pizza base in Melbourne, the Aribiata is a standout. There are a six or more beautiful vegie amongst and board selection of outstanding flavour combination. The calzone is many peoples favorite and the salads very tasty.

I've still never had a pizza as unique as the Harro's style. Damn fantastic. How can you put mango on a pizza and make it taste so good! I can't help myself each time but to order either an Aribiata or a CountryStyle. Risking trial of other menu items I just won't do but I'm sure it's great. You do have to wait up to 30 mins for a phone order but well worth it.
