It was a fine example of stock standard Docklands cafe dining, good but bland in that way only docklands can do being the horrible tasteless suburb it is. But everybody was happy with the food and considering it was a very late order they did really well getting it together. I would order through them again and the catering was good value, everybody was full and satisfied at 13.50 a head.

After going to Harbour and the restaurant only having about 15 other customers there, you would expect to be looked after. We ordered our meals and then waited over 2 hours to be served meals and there were nothing like we ordered. Very poor service, we even had to ask to order drinks. No discount for the food were given, we left starving and disgusted.

BAD experience. Service and organisation was poor. Waitresses were rude but became friendly when we were about to leave. We picked this place because we can order individually and pay individually. In the end, we (the hosts) ended up having to settle $100+ bill even after telling them twice that we want orders to be handled individually! We had to sign this agreement confirming the number of people that would be attending on the night (probably because it was a big group) - the signing was not a problem but they sent us the form the night before and claimed on the night that we didn't sign it. They also charged $20 per person for no-shows which I didn't mind because I was told before hand. I must admit two people didn't show up but they started counting the number people towards the end of the night when 5-6 of my guests have left! They were planning to charge us for that but for reason they didn't and thank God for that!

The food was ok - it wasnt that great. Steak was not done to the guests' requests. Chicken Parma wasnt that great either.

The deco was plain simple - not what we had expected.
