    I had a haircut there today by the owner of the salon. I'm a qualified hairdresser myself but not working in a salon at present. The haircut is ok but the sides are way too short. I have, had long hair. But what I was and am disgusted with are the insults I received. I'll share the two major ones. I mentioned that my hair was too short after the cut (as four inches was cut off the layers and sides and two-three inches off the length), and I was called (a paying client receiving a salon service mind you) a paranoid schizophrenic! Being insulted by having a mental disorder is not a joke to me. I also mentioned the day prior when making the booking for the haircut as it wasn't my first there, that I had been grieving the passing of my 16 year old dog Jake a Jack russell and he also had to put my deceased dog breed down. Have some compassion for my loss. Very insensitive person. That's not customer service Peter.
