We booked for 6.30 pm on a Saturday night and we asked if we could be out by 8 pm, as there were only three of us we thought this was fine. We arrived a little early to allow us more time which worked out well. At 6.30 pm three more groups arrived and there was a steady stream arriving throughout the time we were there. The waiter brought us a jug of ice water and the menu was written on a chalkboard on the wall.

For entrees we shared a dip platter for 2 (sadly the bread was extra), saganaki cheese and octopus. For mains we had befteki (beef and pork rissoles stuffed with feta cheese), gyros (an enormous plate of barbequed lamb, served with some chips), prawns (6 grilled king prawns in shell) and greek salad to share.

All the food was wonderful and the gyros was a generous serve. On the downside, the service was too efficient and we had paid and finished by 7.30 pm, and were feeling stuffed. This restaurant caters for families with young children as well as larger groups. The cost was $131 but we had an entertainment coupon which gave us $25 off (you can also claim Qantas frequent flyer and Myer One shopping points so that was good). A great place for meat lovers but a little pricey.

Food was great, we had a meat platter for two between 3 and a medium sized salad and were very satisfied! Price was reasonable, service was fine and atmosphere was pleasant and warm.

My husband and I dined here on a Friday evening without a booking and we were easily accommodated. We had the saganaki with pita bread as entree and the seafood for two and greek salad as main. The food was absolutely delicious, we were very impressed with the authentic flavours. Although it was a bit on the expensive side, we will return.

Amazing food, simply the best. Even the pita bread had me gasping. I liked the waitress, she told my fiance and I off for ordering more chips because our meat platter came with chips and "I'm a mum, you need veggies, not chips"! Very "Greek" in that respect. Felt very homey and authentic. I want to go back tonight!

Very tasty Greek menu. Have eaten in alot of Greek restaurants (including in Greece) and the Greek Spot is up there with the best. Lovely dips and bread for starters. It was quite busy and the service staff seemed somewhat stretched, however,I would guess this is testament to its popularity amongst the locals. Can't wait to return to try the rest of the menu. Not expensive and excellent value. A real gem.

What a wonderful surprise. We used this site to choose the restaurant. It was for a friends birthday and none of us had been there before. The food was perfect! each item we ordered had Greek Spots slant to it. Truly the best Greek food I've eaten since living here. I could tell from the crowd they are very consistent with a loyal customer base so get there early or you won't get a table!

We all walked away saying we look forward to returning to try more of their style/slant on Greek. Nice simple menu with a few specials each night. Service made you feel like part of the family but we could tell as great as our server was she was stretched because they were so busy! definitely recommend you check out this little “of the beaten path” jewel!

Whilst the food was good the portions were small. The dishes we had were overpriced for what you got. The service wasn't anything special. Overall, slightly disappointing.
