Went for a Sunday morning yum cha with some mates. About 10 of us in a table. Service was disappointing. We asked about 10 times for some steam dim sims but they just kept telling us it's sold out or it's still being cooked. All was served to us was all the fried ones!

Food was okay not too bad but the lack of varieties that was available when we're dining was something that put off us a little.

A bit disappointed considering that some of my mates had been here before and they recommended us to come here as an alternatives of heading to the city.

What an awful experience this place is overrated and the banquet meal is overpriced it was served cold and a lack of food for the price. Would never go there again even if was for free.

Been here 3 times. Looks beautiful. Food was ok. Had a special new year banquet dinner once with 11 other people. Overpriced and not very nice. Had weekday yum cha last month. Was nice. The fried eggplant was probably a highlight. Service was slow though, and there weren't many tables of patrons.

Went there again for yum cha a fortnight ago with another group of 10. Were one of the first ones in the door as we were early. Was greeted by ciggy smoke air at the entrance. What?! How can their staff be smoking in the restaurant, and right where people get their first impressions? Disgraceful. The floor outlay had changed and the place didn't look as swish anymore.

Food was ok, but seemed to be full of msg. Don't order the specialty dishes of suckling pig and fried whitebait. Total waste of money. Suckling pig was cold and tasteless, the crackling was chewy. The whitebait was cold and chewy. Can't say it was totally tasteless if you count cold mealy batter interspersed with salt pools a positive experience.

Service was non-existent to the point of absolute rudeness by some of the ladies. Received such attitude and greasy looks from a couple of them. They also complained and degraded other patrons to each other whilst serving us. Couple of us understood what was being said. Had to ask 4 times for 4 glasses of water. The first time 1 glass was brought out.

My parents in law also had separate bad experiences here. Terrible experience considering the amount we actually spent on a lunch. None of us will be back again. There are many other yum cha places to try. Don't think this people would care at all but it's still their loss.

Pleasantly surprised to see such a nice and tasty restaurant outside Chinatown. Service was excellent. Decor was beautiful. Food was fantastic. Will go back again and again!

Service was terrible from the beginning. The waiter insisted for us to order more dishes and that it would not be enough, which later we found was way too much for 5 people after eating lobster and noodles we still had 6 other dishes! After the 1st cold dish we asked for iced water from another waiter and even after the lobster was served still nothing, so we asked where out water is, to which he answered "I haven't go it yet, can you wait?"

Much later, still nothing and we asked an older waitress to please bring us some water and that we've been waiting for a long time. She was apologetic for our wait, however, we caught the previous waiter eye-balling our table along with other younger waiter and waitresses. Was an awful experience and would never go back there again!

Extensive variety of Yum Cha dishes. Very enjoyable food. However next time we would not want to be seated in the room off the main dining area. Appeared that all the 'Westeners' were seated there.
