    This place is great for those who like sample sushi based on whims. In addition to the standard fare of salmon and tuna in abundance throughout Melbourne, they have a good variety of other selections, e.g., squid, eel, clam, roe, and scallops to name a few. The sushi is fantastic - both the squid and red clam were tender. Our only disappointment was the shrimp, which was a bit limp.

    The best feature is that they have a sushi boat style, whereby, small dishes ranging in price from $3 to $6.50 go by and you grab what suits your fancy as you see it. It's nice that you don't have to decide at the beginning exactly what you want. You get to pick and choose. They are constantly bringing out fresh selections and if you really want something specific, you can special order it. Value for money was also quite acceptable. We had a full dinner with sake for less than $60.
