I have been here a couple of times for yum cha. Its nothing to rave about. Its cooked fresh to order. However, the list is not extensive and its expensive for what they are offering. Have not eaten here at normal meal times outside but all reports from friends and family say its quite nice. The service was excellent though. The restaurant was also very well presented.

A very very good restaurant. Great service, an extensive menu and good quality food. Well presented dishes and very good portion sizes.

Spent my father's 50th birthday here and enjoyed yum cha cooked fresh to order, staff were fabulous and without mention realised it was a birthday and presented him with a complimentary dessert and a birthday song. I would recommend it to anyone and will return constantly.

This place is a regular place for us for dinner. Great food and quick service. All staff is very nice and friendly and even the kitchen hands and chefs are nice when you walk through there to get to the car park out back. If something goes wrong the staff offer complimentary drinks while you wait. Very efficient with their service. Great place to eat.

Absolutely fantastic! Though a table was not ready when we turned up at our appointed booking time (to be fair I only booked an hour and a half ahead of time), we were so impressed by the way this was handled. We were offered complimentary drinks while we waited. Sitting on the comfy couch sipping on a beer made the wait for a table easy and enjoyable.

The staff were super polite apologising several times for the wait and providing a seamless, professional service. The food? The special steak was tender and tasty while the Singapore prawns were tender and juicy sitting in a balanced sour, sweet and spicy sauce. Though the word seems to have been spread judging by the number of people dining here, I would highly recommend this restaurant with its attentive staff and fabulous food.

The only advice I would give Ginseng is get on board the dumpling craze sweeping the nation! I have no doubt you guys could produce awesome pan- fried dumplings as part of your yum cha repertoire!
