    The gelati itself was alright, nothing special. However, there was a complete lack of customer service: condescending and apathetic. Staff seemed more interested in eating and chatting amongst themselves than serving customers. When I asked them for a recommendation since it was our first time there, the consensus was hazelnut. One staff member then chimed with "I can't let you taste more than one" so I assured her I was not asking for a taste. Hazelnut was too creamy and lacked texture; I would recommend Il Dolce Freddo in Carlton instead - their Rocher and Coconut flavours are to die for.

    Good gelati, but not necessarily the best in Melbourne. They often run out of peppermint. Also have a range of other sweets and cakes.
