Fantastic seafood, beautiful meals all within a affordable price range. It is now one of our favourite restaurants to go for work lunches. And they also make a great Sangria!

The food was okay, not great, but had worse. We had, fish and chips, marinara pasta and a side of vegetables. The service and the room? the absolute pits!
with only 2 tables in the dining room, and 2 waiters, somehow there was never a waiter around, I can only assume they were upstairs talking to each other. The only thing worse than them not being available, was them being there.

The first waiter, who seated us was clueless, clearly never been in a restaurant in his life, perhaps, never even around people.

The room itself was devoid of ambience. Too bright, ugly plates stuck to every centimetre of the walls, tacky paper specials board in the window and music only coming from upstairs.

The wine list comes on poorly laminated paper, which I must say is a good indication of what is to come, wines are average nothing particularly drinkable, a huge low quality selection with some obvious "oh we are a restaurant put something fancy on the list" options. Sparkling wine comes in a tiny little bottle like you are at a night club, I am surprised there wasn't a plastic glass to go with it.

Overall service rating, tacky, outdated and clueless. I can't comment on dessert, as service staff scared us off. I would avoid until some significant changes happen.

The oysters were fantastic! Our mains were huge and the seafood was fresh and delicious! The service was very attentive. Will return again.

Had my 50th at Fish Dish and had the best night ever. Fantastic is an understatement. The food was absolutely the best, so was the service and the staff. Couldn't have been looked after better anywhere. Congratulations Fish Dish. We'll be seeing you again very soon. Ute & David Koskie... Redesdale.
