Food is great, if a little expensive for pub grub. Overwhelmed by the rudeness of the staff on a Saturday lunch, not too much to ask for cutlery, and then ask again when he deliberately brings 3 sets for 4 people, drops the pepper grinder from a height and rolls his eyes at the table for not being impressed. Dude, great wait staff are well respected, potential actors are dime a dozen. The next table told us they bring their own mint sauce on roast nights as it is easier than asking.

Good pub for a Saturday or Sunday afternoon with a few friends. Food is Ok and service is usually quite quick. The Parma's are so big the salad and chips have to come on separate plates so this would be my choice if you're looking for value. Overall pretty good pub food.

Went there last night for steak night. Wasn't all that impressed at paying $17 for a seriously tough piece of meat, admittedly I went for rump but even so. Lack of a steak knife didn't help matters either. The variety of sauces seemed to be red wine jus on its own, with mushrooms in, or with peppercorns in. Shame, because the bar staff were friendly and helpful, and it is a nice venue. Oh and tap beers were all down as well, which is never a good thing in a pub.
