Fantastic food, friendly staff and affordable. As a Vegetarian I find it hard to find good yummy vego food. The serve sizes are fantastic and the coffee is to die for. Despite the large amount of people in front of me I was served in what I can only call record time. Whenever I'm down that way I stop in. One of the great things is that the menu is always changing so the variety (which is already large) is astounding. Thanks guys, you've made my lunch times enjoyable again.

This bustling cafe is situated within the rapidly expanding Nexus Crt Business Park in Mulgrave. A true favourite with the many corporates and tradies that work in the surrounding buildings. With seating for up to a 180 people this expansive modern decor cafe is always bustling with the comings and goings of suits, grabbing their favourite coffees and wraps, or taking casual business meetings within the relaxed lounge area.

You also see plenty of locals popping by regularly with kids and pram intoe. So you know if its popular with the locals it's a safe bet, and it's no wonder given the amazing food and service Elements @ Nexus provides.

Arriving at the cafe, seeing the amount of people there instilled me with confidence that Elements would not disappoint. I did have doubts as to the customer service, that I may have had a lengthy wait to place my order. However, I was in fact pleasantly surprised. Elements had plenty of staff on hand to keep the cafe run like clockwork. Their service was prompt, helpful, courteous and to my shock genuinely friendly.

Their coffees, wraps, slices, all were delightful and very reasonably priced. I have returned to the cafe on several occasion now and it has certainly become my regular lunch and coffee spot. The range of food on display and within their overwhelmingly extensive menu is amazing.

Upon my last visit I met with the owner Sophie, as she served me my pasta salad tuna nicoise and espresso romano she explained to me her Greek background and her passion for food, drink and living life.

Sophie also stated her ethos, "Excellence is an art won by training. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit."
This resonated with me as a perspective to one's employ that is regrettably rarely seen these days, but this ethos in Sophie and in Elements @ Nexus results in truly excellent food, drink and friendly service.

I highly recommend this cafe to all simple sandwich eaters, gourmet gastronomes, coffee connoisseurs and all those favouring an afternoon aperitif.
