I have been going to Element Of Beauty salon for several years. Cathy and her staff have been taking care of my skin and treating my problem areas, mainly pemature ageing, uneven skin tones and pigmentations. In that time I have religiously had fortnightly facials and periodic specialsed treatments. At Element Of Beauty Salon, its more than just the treaments, its a total experience, so much better than any other salon that I've been to. At Element Of Beauty you receive Cosmetic Therapy with confidence boost and problem solving products and procedures. At Element Of Beauty they focus on the internal emotions and external visible areas, our face is what we show to the world. I am more than praising of their professional and personal service.Cathy and her staff make you feel like a princess when you are their and when you leave. Thats a WOW factor to me.

I have been a customer of Element Of Beauty Salon since it opened. I can honestly say I have always received exceptional service and sensational value, treatments conducted in a professional and caring manner. I am always made to feel so nurtured and special.

Cathy and her staff approach beauty therapy in an exciting, however, holistic fashion keeping abreast of an ever changing profession. I have confidence in the knowledge of Cathy’s excellent qualifications and the training of her staff. They always strive to be attentive and go the extra mile, ensuring their customers leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and fully advised on the treatments they have received. Well Done Cathy.

I would not recommend Element of Beauty, last situated at South Morang.

Bought a zoupon voucher, called them at least 5 times and left voice messages to return my call, didn't happen. Finally got through and made an appointment. I had decided to take a day's leave to pamper myself but couple of days before my appointment, I was asked to reschedule due to personal reasons, then a few days before my resheduled appointment, I was told that they have moved locations.

I went to the location provided and it was one of the lady's house. No waiting room and, hence, had to wait outside for 10 minutes. When brought in, I asked to sit whilst the ladies did something inside and I was left sitting in their lounge room. After 10 minutes I was given a form to fill. 10 minutes later I was asked to change for a massage. The tables had really old and not professional cloth used, felt I was in a cheap massage parlour.

Anyway, waited for 20 minutes and nothing had started yet. This was eating into my supposedly 3 hour pamper package. During this time I could hear one of the ladies on the phone and talking about personal issues. Finally 25 minutes into my 3 hours pamper package, my massage began. It was quite nice but I don't see what the whole fuss was about. Then came the facial, I was told that whilst the facial was taking place, I would get a 30 minute foot soak and 30 minute manicure making it 2 hours of the pamper compressed into 1 hour.

The facial actually took about 15 minutes and I had a face pack on for about 30 minutes during which I had a foot soak and manicure. The foot soak was basically my feet in what felt like scented water. Was quite sad actually. The manicure was Terrible, don't know what she did as I had a towel over my eyes, but I could feel her prod and then put some sort of varnish which actually made my nails quite prone to breaking later in the week.

Finally my feet were given a quick rub and wipe, followed by wiping the facepack off. All this took approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. I do not know how they justified the $240 package (I did get a $30 voucher for my next visit). During my massage and etc, they were calling a number of other customers to cancel/reschedule and when a couple of people cancelled due to, what I thought, quite valid reasons, they got really upset and a bit nasty.

Very unprofessional, expensive, poor quality and service. They need to get their act together and lower their cost. The package was not worth more than the zoupon voucher.

Never purchase a Zoupon for this place! I have been trying to contact them ever since I purchased the deal on 10th December 2010. I have left numerous messages on their answering machine with no reply. Their message bank notifying an opening date of the 16th January and now an new message changing the date to the 26th Jan. I am yet to get my massage done and if it's quality is anything like the service I'm extremely hesitant!
