Went there for lunch today, overall had a good experience. Service was great, the waitress recommended us gnocchi with pesto sauce and their chicken avocado pizza. It was delicious but can be more presentable. I will definitely recommend this place for pizza or homemade gnocchi. Will go back soon.

The food, when it finally arrived, was very good, but the 30 minute wait to have our orders taken, then another 30+ minutes for our food to arrive, in a 3/4 Empty restaurant @ lunchtime was ridiculous! No apologies were offered by the somewhat rude staff either. Won't be going there again.

Had the all you can eat deal which was excellent value. The servings sizes were small but you could go round as many times as you could fit in. The staff were very efficient and helpful. The ambience was what you expect for a cinema forecourt.

I have had mixed experiences here but they are only improving.

I recommend, you look at the Movie Deal, which is one of the only value for money options. They have an amazing gourmet pizza pie on that which is to die for. Otherwise, financially put up with the terrible service across the road at Mambo to save $ on Tuesdays.

Also if you are starving the All you can eat 4 courses will do the job. Nice selections, well made, everything tastes great. Service improving, avoid sitting outside in terms of service.

Definitely get the pizza/pie it has avocado and chicken in it from memory and it is simply stunning!

I've been to this restaurant a few times, the first time the food was great, good serving size and really tasty, had lasagne and it came with chips and salad, only downfall was that it was almost cold. From this visit on the quality of the food has fallen considerably, gnocchi carbonara was horrible, tasted of nothing but egg and for a pasta lover I couldn't even have a second taste. The last time I went for a special occasion and fell ill!

Don't seat outside if you want to be served without having to flag someone down, everytime you want to order anything! Food average but fine for a pre movie feed.

Entree garlic and cheese foccacia was the best we have ever had. Mains were terrible, Lasagne not much tastes not cheesy enough, Chicken Parmigiana was the worst I tasted. Still crummy, not cooked properly with heaps of bloody yucky bits kept on the chicken and no taste. Service was very good but would only go back for an entree or a dessert.

On the two occasions I have dined at Eccoqui I have been impressed both times. The first was a coffee and cake with my daughter on a lazy Sunday.. coffee supurb & the cake Sublime! Fresh, moist, beautifully presented and the portion more than ample for two - and priced very cheap at $7.00).

The second time was a quick bite before a movie - pizza, drink & a movie tix less than $22 ea! Pizza, moist, crisp, fresh & tasty. Service is efficient, attentive and genuine - these guys enjoy their work. Do yourself the favour and go.

Staff were extremely well-mannered, attentive and efficient. Probably the best service I've had in a long time. Hand-made gnocchi is highly recommended, full of flavour and fresh. A little over-priced for the location and decor but well-worth a visit. NB: save room for dessert!
