Hello, I recently organised a business dinner for 25 people (17/8/11). I had nothing but Ootstanding feed back from the delegation (and they are people who have travelled the world and enjoyed five star dining). I wish to advise that overall the whole group had excellent feedback. Even one of the delegation advised it was the "Best Chinese and authentic" that he had ever eaten in Australia!

Overall I don't believe you will be disappointed with your experience. I really had everyone rushing up to me today saying it was such a wonderful venue I had selected so I wanted to share it with those of you who rely on reviews (like I do).

Very average food, but the atmosphere and decor is excellent. I'd also like to add that, although this restaurant is listed as veg-friendly, the vegetarian dishes are rather dull.

Been here twice. The food here is always good. The service quality varies. A bit on the pricey end of the scale.

Looking at previous reviews you can get the feel for this place-inconsistency.
Probably has the most creative Chinese dishes in the Glen Waverley area but too often fails to deliver on the quality. Was originally a fan at their previous premises, but no longer. Have other friends who love the place but wife and I have been disappointed too often to go back.

Went here last week and food was fantastic, had 8 discerning foodies in our group and every one was very pleased with the meals, you can only do so much with non authentic westernised chinese food but this place does it well.

We had also heard good reports about this restaurant. It was a bad experience from the word OFF. We were seated upstairs away from the main dining area. Asked if the aircon could be adjusted as it was very cold. Tall skinny waiter was unfriendly. Didn't take our drinks order for sometime, menus arrived after our drinks a good 10 minutes after our drinks.

We ordered the banquet for 4 people, each course was dished up separately away from our table and this along with the airconditioning it arrived cold. It would have been better for the dishes to arrive hot on the table and we could have served ourselves. The portions were also really small. Peking Duck should be crispy and not fatty. Won't be going again!

We have been many times to this, our favourite restaurant, and have always left 100% happy. The food is simply outstanding as is the service. Highly recommended!

Have eaten here at least 30 times. Have never eaten better chinese food. The staff are so happy and get to know you very quickly. The foods is always fantastic, hot, and served without any long waits. We have never experienced a better restaurant for all round food and service and value. They cater for functions birthdays, business etc and we have attended these as well with the same level of great food and service. Will keep coming back.

Been around for a while. Very classy, great atmosphere, great service, great food. Only complaint... a bit on the pricey side.

My family and I go here whenever it's someones birthday or a special occasion. Every family member chooses to dine here every year on their birthday without fail. The service is absolutely perfect better nowhere else, prices a bit more expensive than many places but 100% worth it for the fantastic food. The best peking duck. Lovely setting I have been here over and over and over, and it never fails to make my experience an excellent one.
