    Big hard core gym with heavy tonnage. Open and staffed 24 hours although not sure if it is opened during Christmas.

    Separate rooms for leg and upper body equipment. Also has machines for regular people and even has a boxing ring out the back. Change rooms are basic but it does have computerised coin operated lockers with free re-entry. If you watch Maxs Muscle TV you can see some of the equipment in action.

    One tip, if you have low self esteem issues over your body then don't train here as almost everyone was in great shape or at least look like an off season bodybuilder. Mainly a male membership but I did see a couple of female figure competitors.
