I took my family of 5 on the 20/12/12 , it had been over 10 years since my wife and I had been and the first time for my children. The decor hadn't changed a lot in this time and still oozed the old homestead charm. The hospitality and quality of food was wonderful. I certainly will not leave it another 10 years before returning.

The food is amazing as I am a vegetarian they were more than happy to make me a special 5 course meal. I will definitely be going back.

This was the very best meal I have had in 20 years and value for money what a bargain, $80.00. It started with pate then a tasting plate 6 thing on that, then soup choice of 4 then a mains selection l the likes you have not seen before and sweets I had gone to heaven, the very best meal in so so long and the service was fantastic with out being over the top.

I have been dining at the Clover Cottage for about 15 yrs and have never been disappointed once, the food is mouth watering and the service second to none. Even though its the same set menu every time, I never tired of the food, tip for people wanting to sample the Clover Cottage, book well in advance.

The food here is amazing. The staff are very professional and the ambience if the gardens and restaurant is out if this world. I recommend this place very highly cause you won't forget your experience.

Apart from the excellent food, wine and ambience of the cottage, the greeting in the foyer from the owner, the obvious enjoyment from the chef upon serving our lunch, to the staff with their quiet efficiency made this a most memorable day for us both.

Perfect for a special occasion. Food is just divine and there is plenty of it so make sure you take your appetite. Setting itself exudes a real old world charm. All round the perfect dining experience.

This place is magic. Got taken here by some relatives when visiting Melbourne, and was blown away. I agree with the below comment about stepping into a bygone era. Superb food, impeccable service, and a stroll through the gardens afterwards. I felt like I was in a classic movie from the silver screen era. I will remember that night for many years to come.
