Despite being the only people eating in the lounge/bar area on a quiet thursday afternoon we were throughly disappointed, with both service and food. After ordering a main and antipasto to share, we received the main only after asking the waitress some 40 minutes later! She then proceeded to only give my partner cutlery, despite me asking for. The meal had quite obviously been sitting under a heat lamp, waiting for her to transport it to our table, and was inedible! Prices definitely do not reflect quality of produce or service.

My experience here was all round terrible. They managed to miss cooking our meal when there was only 2 other tables with people when we arrived, as we waited more people arrived and subsequently got their meals while we still waited.
When the meals arrived after we brought the lack of food on our table to the waitresses attention it was very average.

The veggie burger was some shop bought pattie, cheap pre sliced cheese a piece of beetroot the size of a 50c coin, some lettuce, with some out of the jar relish. As entree (45 minutes later mind you) barely cooked garlic bread. My partners lamb shanks that were meant to be "awsome" as the lady there said, were not, they were over cooked and dry, the mashed potato was under cooked and lumpy and the Gravox gravy terrible.

The only apology we got for the delay was a quick sorry for the wait. All in all I would never go there again and certainly will make every effort to warn people not to either.

We were advised that a new chef (and menu) was now up and running. Today's lunch sure verified that the man presenting the food, knew what he was doing. Top notch.
