This is now a Japanese noodle and grill restaurant and that is why we decided to go there for the first time today. I think the new management has just taken over very recently. The ambience is not bad as they kept the same decor as the previous Italian restaurant. However, on the day we were there, there were some very noisy guests (mostly patron's children from another table) which, unfortunately, spoiled the mood that the decor provides.

The menu is half in English and half in Chinese (not Japanese). Most of the conventional Japanese dishes are in the menu. Such as tempura, sashimi, tonkatsu rice etc. Quite a good variety but not too pricey. As for the actual taste of the food, my friend found the eel rice and grilled fish to be a bit too salty. My noodle soup was hot and quite flavoursome but slightly too salty and oily for my liking.

However, the next table's sashimi and tempura looked quite good (should have gotten that instead!). Also, I was rather annoyed that my noodle soup arrived after my friend almost finished his food. Luckily, the manager was very apologetic and offered us free dessert.

I hope that with time and more experience this restaurant will improve! We certainly would like to return again.

I recently planned a hens night here, and was so happy with the wonderful experience we all had at Circuz. We were looked after so well, we had the upstairs dining room to ourselves and were allowed to plan the night, however, we wanted.

Our waiter was amazing! The service was over and above the whole night, and the food - wow. Delicious! Modern, beautiful fusion of flavours, and cooked to perfection. Truly inner city dining for a fraction of the price. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this place to anyone!

Love this restaurant. Very hard to find any fine dining in this area and I'm so glad we finally have somewhere to go for special occasions and romantic dinners. The food is beautiful and the service is friendly without being annoying and also love the little extras. Took some foodies from France there last night and they were thrilled with the service and food as well. Can't wait to go back.
