Disappointed with pricing and food. Me and my friends went for dinner using a coupon from livingsocial, we found that they had a separate price list and the prices were much higher compared to the usual menu. Food was average. Walk across to somewhere else and enjoy the flavour. I see there are other people who faced the same situation with this restaurant. Very misleading.

I'm writing this so people is aware of the restaurant's dishonesty. We bought a living social voucher which we can have a meal value up to $60.We tried to make an appointment for sat or sun dinner,instead of telling us the availability, the staff asked if we're using voucher then it was fully booked for either sat or sun dinner.

We then ended up having sunday lunch there. Before entering the restaurant, we looked at the menu at the entrance. We were served to sit down and when we looked at the menu to decide what to order, we were shocked to realise that the prices were much more expensive, average $3 to $5 more than the menu that was displayed at the entrance.

We then asked the waitress, she instantly became rude and defensive, she said they increased the prices 2 years ago and haven't got a chance to change the front door menu, then she rudely took away the menu from us. We were pretty uncomfortable with her attitude and it sounded very fishy at the time as she went back to the counter and whispering in thai with other waitresses.

The food wasn't too bad, Ying Thai which located across the street serves better Thai food. The ambience is good. But we'll never return to this restaurant after reading a few reviews about how dishonest they are. Apparently they have 2 different priced menus, one for general public and one for voucher users. If you think $3 to $5 more is not a big deal but when you add up a meal that consists more than 3 dishes, then the difference is quite significant.

Steam rice supposed to be $2, on the voucher user menu, you get charged for $4 per person. I hope the groupon companies will look into this and ensure the voucher buyers are getting fair deals. This behaviour is appalling, this restaurant will end up loosing lots of customers!

Pad Thai noodle was cooked to perfection with yummy texture and flavour (albeit prawns that was a bit blend), the green curry was one of the best that I've had, and chicken cashew chilli jam was very tasty, although I would've preferred the sauce a bit less watery. Only bad thing was that it's a bit pricy but it's on lygon street, and It's still much cheaper than lemongrass and the food here is 10 times better.

Just got back from Chiangmai Lygon. My partner and me booked a table for 730 pm, for some reason we won't make it till 8:30 pm. We tried called the restaurant, the waitress was very rude, told us off for not inform them earlier and with very rough tune she asked us when do we want to rebook appointment, she doesn't sounds pleasant when we try to reschedule our booking to 8.45 pm.

When we got there, we told them we have made a booking under my name but without checking the booking diary, we been seated. And the table we been seated was still covered with some oil and sauces. After the waitress cleaned the table I reminded her that we will be using a voucher we bought from a website, she immediately show us her dark face and changed a new menu for us. P/s: In the telephone booking, we did told them we will be using voucher.

We then realised the prices on the new menu we been handed in has got a different price than the menu board they put outside their door, I have taken a picture as a proof. Instead of charging us Pork Pad Prik Khing for $14.90(Prices showed at the menu board in front of their entrance), we been charged $20.90 (which is the price written on the new menu handed to us). I think this is a very tricky and unfair way of doing business.

Later on when we start ordering, we actually were going to share one rice but we been told that we couldn't order one rice and even if we order one rice we will be charging 2 person rice as we have two person having dinner. So I asked the waitress is everyone who order one rice will be charging 2 rice? what about people who want to have noodle? she told me they will still be the same, will be charging per head. And the waitress closing our conversation with "I don't want to argue with you and you just enjoy your dinner first". We got totally ignore afterwards.

The food their wasn't nice at all, especially the curry duck, duck is oily and duck smell like it has been frozen for awhile. Overall, I will not recommend anyone to try. Elsewhere has got so much better food and better service.

I will not even think about to go back there even I got free food. I have kept every single proof for everyone reference especially how the way they play trick to those one who bought voucher from dealing website.
